1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and Global Web3 Academy ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using our services.

2. Description of Services

Global Web3 Academy provides:

• Learning Management System (LMS) subscriptions
• SPM examinations and assessments
• Mentor content and guidance
• Matrix-based earning and referral system
• Wallet integration for deposits and withdrawals

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this platform. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Matrix Earning System

Participation in the Matrix system is voluntary. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on your activity and the activity of your network. We do not promise any specific returns or income.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Engage in fraud, manipulation of the matrix, or fake referrals
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

7. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals) are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to verify transactions and may suspend or cancel any suspicious activity for security reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All courses, exams, materials, logos, and content on Global Web3 Academy are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in harmful behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Web3 Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
